IFBB Night of Champions

The Night of Champions did not arrive as a brief — Idrak created the file itself. The company originated the championship as a proposition for Abu Dhabi: the concept, the competition format and the operating plan for staging an IFBB international event in the emirate.

Idrak then created the connection that turned that file into an event — the link with Abu Dhabi Sports Council. The company brought the Council and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness to the same table, presenting the championship to both and carrying it through to the institutional backing it needed.

Delivery followed: a full event study covering venue requirements, competition schedule and a marketing plan built to fill the hall, with technical and media coordination running in parallel — from judging logistics to broadcast and photography. On the night, health, security and safety protocols were managed to international event standards, with athlete flow, audience management and stage operations running to the minute.

The championship established Idrak as a company that can originate an international event rather than simply staff one — and it deepened the working partnership with the IFBB Academy behind the 30 accredited courses Idrak has held in Abu Dhabi, attended by 630 trainees from across the Middle East.
